Welcome to KINVOKE. By accessing our website, enrolling in courses, purchasing a membership, or participating in our offerings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Use

KINVOKE, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides movement-based education, digital resources, and community experiences. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

 

2. Membership Terms

KINVOKE Movement Collective Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. Founding Member pricing ($35/month) is valid for those who sign up by October 15, 2025, and remains in effect for the lifetime of an uninterrupted membership. If a membership is canceled and later reactivated, it will be billed at the current general rate ($50/month).

 

3. Courses and Digital Offerings

All course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By enrolling in a KINVOKE course, you agree to honor the time, energy, and resources invested in creating the content. Please review all course details before purchasing.

All digital content, videos, written materials, prompts, music maps, downloads, and recordings are for individual use only. It may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from KINVOKE, LLC.

Access to course materials is subject to time limitations as outlined in individual course descriptions.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital offerings and the energetic container we hold, all purchases are final. This includes memberships, digital courses, and one-time event tickets unless otherwise stated in writing. You may cancel a membership at any time after the first 3 billing cycles of your membership to stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All KINVOKE content: including classes, choreography prompts, courses, branding, videos, and written materials is the intellectual property of KINVOKE, LLC. You may not reproduce, publish, or share any of this content without express written permission.

 

6. Community Guidelines

We are committed to fostering a respectful space for collaboration, inspiration, connection, and support. Any form of hate speech, harassment, or abusive behavior will result in immediate removal from our programs or platforms without refund. We reserve the right to remove any individual who violates these community standards in order to protect the integrity and well-being of our community.

 

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our offerings are movement-based and designed to be approached with care and personal agency. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your physical and emotional well-being. KINVOKE, LLC is not liable for any injury sustained during your participation in our offerings. Please consult a medical provider as needed.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
